October 4, 2006I got my Assistant Vice President title last month, effective September 1. It sounds like a mega event and all, but it was actually just a re-titling exercise. So, in effect, it's still the same position with the same responsibilities and, unfortunately, the same salary but just a different, albeit more resounding, title attached to it.
